Do I have to register to buy online and why?

Yes, it is mandatory to have your details filled on the registration page before you make your purchase. In the event of an exchange/return, either online or at our Stores, to enable us to retrieve your purchase history and contact you if need be. The same is also needed to deliver the product at your doorstep.

Are the products new, genuine and ensure 100% quality?

We only sell NEW & 100% authentic high quality products at affordable costs for fitness freaks and sports lovers from leading manufacturers in India and abroad. There is innovation in every product we sell. We also ensure durability of each product.

Are the products under Warranty?

Due to the nature of the games, we are unable to offer any Warranty on Sports Goods. However we shall be happy to assist you in case of any genuine issue that you face with any of the products brought from us.

Will the product be replaced/refunded if there is any damage in the packet or the product?

We consider our customers comfort and loyalty. So we try to solve all our customers issues with no regrets.

ORDERS & DELIVERIES

How can I check the delivery status of my order?

Go to My Account > My Orders to view the status of all your orders, whether payment / shipping have been completed or pending. You shall also receive confirmation mails in your email and SMS once you place the order with the order details and also once we despatch the order with the courier details. You may go to the links provided in the emails to track the courier status by entering your courier AWB nos. Or, you may use the following links to track your shipment:

What is the minimum and maximum time for a product delivery?

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours it is placed. Once your order is shipped it normally takes 1-3 working days in major metro cities. For other locations however, the delivery may take up to 4 to 7 working days. Some heavy or volumetric products are sent by surface mode and may take between 7 to 10 days depending on the location.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Go to My Account > My Orders to view the status of the order, which you want to cancel. If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel or change the order by calling us (details in Contact Us page) with the full order details. Please refer to our Cancellations and Returns Policy for further information.

Please call us on +91 8896123123 as early as possible after receiving the order confirmation email, as the order processing starts immediately after the email is sent to you.

I want a product which is “Out of Stock”, what should I do?

For products which are out of stock with us, please email us on orders@shaktisportspune.com/ along with the product needed and We will inform you once the product is “In stock” again.

Can I remove items from my shopping cart?

Yes, placing items in your shopping cart does not obligate you to buy the items. You can keep the items for evaluation at a later time to buy and can modify the cart contents at any time before proceeding to checkout.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my order?

In case you haven’t received your order within the stipulated time please contact us immediately on +91 8896123123 or email us on orders@shaktisportspune.com/  within 30 days of non-delivery. Our customer service team shall be happy to assist you and resolve the issue on priority.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available because of COVID-19 Pandemic

Are there any shipping or Cash-on-Delivery charges?

We have a Superfast FREE Delivery service in Pune city which delivers your order to you the Next Business Day. This service is applicable for Online Payment mode only. For using this option, please select “Online Payment – Next Day Delivery” option during checkout. If you do not see this option during checkout, you may call us for help. Kindly place orders BEFORE 4 pm to get delivery on the next day of ordering. Please refer to chart below for Next Business Day delivery days.

Any order placed AFTER 5pm on and/or any customisation of product (including but not limited to Stringing of Racquet) will add one extra day in delivery in this service. “Business Day” does not include Sunday, National holidays, Bank Holidays or any Force Majeure events.

We are providing free shipping on all orders above Rs. 3000. Orders below Rs. 3000 will be charged a shipping amount of Rs 100. Moreover, you will be charged a nominal fee of Rs. 100 as extra ‘COD Fee’ for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Is there any limit for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders?

Yes, you may place an order on COD basis for minimum order value INR 1000 and maximum INR 20,000 only. If you want to place an order beyond the value, kindly make an online payment by clicking on Make Payment on our Home page.

I cannot see an option of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) while making payment?

We have COD facility in a wide number of pin codes.

Please click here to check your Pincode for COD serviceability.

In case we do not have COD in your area, you may choose to pay cash from your local bank branch into our Bank account and choose “Bank Deposit” during checkout. An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you with our bank account details. Kindly make the cash deposit and inform us by email or phone.

Please note that orders for personalised items (Example: customised racquets) and bulky items (including but not limited to table tennis tables, fitness equipment) are not applicable for COD payment.

Are there any taxes or hidden charges?

There are NO hidden charges on our products. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and buyers need not to pay any extra amount.

Does your website support international deliveries?

At present, we only deliver to cities and towns in India. You can place the order from anywhere in the world, with a delivery address in India. We are looking forward to expand our business across the world in the near future.

My card account reflects the payment made, but my order is declined. What should I do?

Please inform our customer service immediately on +91 8896123123 when you notice such a case. We will check with our payment gateway agency regarding the success of the payment, and shall inform you accordingly.

Can you provide me a GST invoice for a product I bought for my company use?

Yes, we can give you a GST invoice for any purchase done on your firm’s name. Please send us your Purchase Order & GST Details on info@shaktisportspune.com/ along with full payment in advance, and we shall process your order immediately.

Can we make bulk purchases at special rates?

Yes, you may be an academy, school, corporate or any other organisation with requirement of bulk quantities of various products. We will be glad to cater you with special discounts on products requested by you. How should I use a Discount / Coupon Code?

A coupon or promotion code entitles you for a discount or incentive when you buy a product under promotion from us. All you need to do is enter the “Discount/Coupon code” in the box provided during checkout (in Display Cart Page) and your total order value shall be automatically recalculated according to the discount rate in the code.
