Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only.
For any product to be exchanged or returned, the product must be returned in its original condition, in unused state along with its original packing (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein) to qualify for an exchange or return.

All exchanges or returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please fill the form at https://shaktisportspune.com/returns-exchanges/ to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return
On receipt of the product, the same will be verified by the concerned team and after checking, examination & approval of the received product condition your exchange will be processed and a new product shall be dispatched shortly. Please allow at least two to five (2-5) business days upon receipt of the item at our facility to process your exchange. You will be notified via email or message regarding the status of your exchange.
All exchanges are subject to additional postage charges, irrespective of the postage charged to you for the original shipment.
No postage will be charged for any exchange as a result of error at our end. (Example: You received an incorrect or defective item, Wrong Size, etc.)
On receipt of the product, the same will be verified by the concerned team and after checking, examination & approval of the received product condition your return will be processed and a new product shall be dispatched shortly. For returns, you will be refunded (in Store Credit only, which is valid for 30 days) the purchase price less shipping, handling, gift wrap, cod charges or any other applicable charges.
Please allow at least seven to ten (7-10) business days upon receipt of the item at our facility to process your return. You will be notified via email or message regarding the status of your return.
EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS
Please note that orders for personalised items like Customized or Strung Racquets, Cricket Bats after they are knocked in, or any other customized products, bulky items (including but not limited to Table Tennis Tables, Foosball Tables, Dumbbells, Weights, Exercise Bikes, Treadmills, Benches, All Fitness Equipment) and all other oversize and overweight items are not applicable for exchanges or returns.
All Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
All Items that are included in Clearance Sale or End of Season Sale “EOSS” do not qualify for an exchange or return
